Your home in the hills

Perched in Sri Lanka’s cool hill country, our Haputale bungalow offers a peaceful stay amid tea gardens, flowers, and waterfalls—perfect for rest, exploration, and authentic highland living.

Flori

Tea House

Our heritage-style bungalow blends old-world charm with modern comfort. Guests may book a single room or reserve all five spacious rooms—each with a modern bathroom—making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking privacy and calm.

A stay with brilliant

blooms

Located near the homestay, our flower farm is open exclusively to guests, offering a chance to explore beautifully cultivated temperate flowers grown from internationally sourced seeds.

The farm grows Gerberas, Phalaenopsis orchids, Chrysanthemums, Gypsophila, Lisianthus, and Roses. All flowers are carefully sown, hand-cut, and packed using environmentally sustainable, plastic-free practices and government-approved fertilisers. The farm supports over 100 livelihoods in the local community and is a picturesque spot for nature walks and photography.

It’s a serene, colorful experience unique to a stay at Flori Tea House.

Waterfalls galore

The bungalow is perfectly located for waterfall explorations, including Lover’s Leap, Laxapana, Bomburu Ella, St. Clair’s, Devon Falls, Aberdeen, Garandi Ella, Kadiyallena, Dunsinane, Moray Falls, and Gartmore / Sri Pada Falls.
